It is with unimaginable heartbreak that we announce the passing of Talon Samuel Gracioso, age 16, on November 2025. Talon was a bright, funny, determined, and deeply caring young man whose presence brought joy and light to everyone around him. Born on May 29, 2009, he was known for his intelligence, loyalty, compassion, and playful sense of humor—a spirit that endeared him to family, friends, and classmates alike.
Talon is survived by his mother, Crystal Carr; his father, José Gracioso; and his stepfather, William Carr. He leaves behind his siblings—Colton, Mason, Genesis, Peter, Ginny, and Joseph—with whom he shared laughter, mischief, and unwavering loyalty. He is also survived by his grandmother, Mary Clifford, his Avu, Tony Rodrigues, and a large extended family, as well as countless friends, teammates, and classmates who were touched by his presence.
Talon’s generosity extended even to his final act as an organ donor, giving the gift of life to three people. His legacy of kindness, humor, and advocacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Friends and family may call on Tuesday, November 18 from 4–8 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services of Victor, Inc. Interment will be private. A reception will follow on Wednesday, November 19 from 4–6 PM at Ravenwood Golf Club, Victor, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Talon Gracioso Memorial Scholarship Fund via the Victor Central School District Business Office, 952 High Street, Victor, NY 14564.
Talon’s time with us was far too short, but his spirit, laughter, and love will never be forgotten.
