Alexis was someone who never did anything halfway. Always wearing a warm smile, he embraced every moment of life surrounded by the family and friends he cherished deeply. Adventurous at heart, he loved snowmobiling, motorcycling, biking, boating, hiking, and climbing—he truly lived for the rush of adrenaline and the freedom of the outdoors.
Hard-working, resourceful, and always willing to lend a hand, Alexis had the rare gift of bringing people together. He made everyone laugh with his playful jokes, wild ideas, and unforgettable, contagious laugh. His friends will carry countless memories and stories of him for years to come, remembering the joy he brought into every room he entered.
His passing leaves an especially deep void in the hearts of his mother, Isabelle Vallières, and his sisters Sophie, Annabelle (Olivier Ouellet), and Marianne (Samuel Isabel), as well as his partner, Élie Beaulieu. He now joins his father, Yannick Girard, in eternal rest. Alexis is also mourned by his aunts Evelyne (Christian Plourde) and Joëlle, and by his grandparents Rémy Vallières, Johanne Péloquin, André Girard, and Johanne Patry (Richard Gosselin). His cousins, extended family, and many dear friends—especially Mr. François Bédard and his partner Cindy Hamel—are profoundly affected by this loss.
Family and friends will gather to honor his memory on December 7, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and again from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at La Cité agricole, located at 4260, chemin Notre-Dame, Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures.
Alexis will be remembered forever for his spirit, his laughter, and the love he shared so generously.
